Privacy Policy
Dry 1 Out Restoration and Construction collects only the information needed to respond to your request: name, phone number, email, property address, and any details you share through our contact form. We also use basic website analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors; this data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule estimates, and prepare documentation for insurance coordination when you ask us to work with your carrier. We do not sell or rent your information. We share details with third parties only when you authorize us to, such as forwarding photos and scope notes to your insurance adjuster, or when required by law.
We retain project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to support warranty claims, insurance disputes, and our own accounting requirements, then remove them from active systems. California residents have rights under the CCPA to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about them. Because we operate as a US-based contractor and do not knowingly collect data from visitors in the European Union, GDPR obligations generally do not apply to us, though we will honor reasonable requests consistent with its principles. Questions about your data can be directed to [email protected] or (888) 379-1688.
Terms of Service
Dry 1 Out Restoration and Construction provides restoration and reconstruction services within our defined service area in and around Vista, California. Availability outside that area is evaluated case by case and is not guaranteed.
Estimates, whether provided verbally, in writing, or through this website, are informational only and do not constitute a binding contract. The actual service relationship, including scope of work, pricing, and timeline, is governed by a signed work-authorization form executed before work begins. If conditions on-site differ from what was initially assessed, such as hidden moisture or structural damage discovered once materials are opened, the scope and price may be revised and documented in writing.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your signed authorization or invoice. We accept standard payment methods disclosed at the time of service and can work directly with your insurance carrier on claims you authorize, though you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your policy. Our work is performed by IICRC certified technicians in accordance with applicable California contractor regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work actually performed and documented; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code upgrades required by local authorities, or damage from causes outside our control.
Disputes arising from services performed should first be raised directly with our office so we can review the project file and work toward resolution. Nothing on this website is intended as a guarantee of outcome for any specific property.
