Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Dry 1 Out Restoration and Construction wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, voice navigation, or other assistive technology, to be able to find information about our restoration services, request help after a water or fire loss, and reach our team without barriers. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this site, not an afterthought.

Standards We Aim to Meet

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means our goal is a site that supports clear heading structure, readable color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive link text, and alt text on meaningful images. We build pages to be compatible with common screen readers and to work reasonably well when zoomed or viewed on smaller screens.

WCAG is a living standard, and so is our site. As we add pages, forms, and photos documenting our work, we review them against these guidelines, but no site is ever permanently “finished” when it comes to accessibility. If something on dry1out.com does not work the way you expect with your assistive technology, that is useful information for us, not an inconvenience.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site, particularly embedded maps, third-party scheduling widgets, or PDF documents, may not fully meet the same accessibility standard as the pages we build directly. We are aware this is an ongoing area to improve and will prioritize fixes as we become aware of specific problems.

If You Run Into a Problem

If you have trouble accessing any page, form, or document on this site, or if you need information in an alternate format, contact us directly and we will do our best to help right away, including by phone if that is easier than navigating the site.

Email: [email protected] Phone: (888) 379-1688 Mail: 1235 Activity Dr, Vista, CA 92081

When you reach out, it helps if you can tell us the page or form involved and the browser or assistive technology you were using, but we will work with whatever detail you can give us.

Our Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a few business days and to address reported barriers as quickly as our team and site platform allow. For urgent issues, like a contact form that cannot be submitted, we treat that as a priority since it may be standing between you and getting help after a loss. For smaller formatting or labeling issues, we will schedule a fix in a reasonable timeframe and let you know once it is resolved if you have given us a way to follow up.

This statement describes our ongoing effort, not a guarantee that every page is error free at every moment. We appreciate visitors who let us know what they find, since that is often the fastest way for a real barrier to get fixed.
